The upgrade is valid for two guests with a combined weight of less than 380lbs. This will guarantee the front two window seats next to the pilot. Activities are refundable up until 72 hours prior to your activity date. Private charters require a seven-day notice of cancellation. Once the cancellation period has passed, refunds will not be issued for any reason unless the vendor determines a reason(s) that the activity is unable to operate.
