Located along the slopes of Haleakala en route to the National Park, this 5-line zipline tour features five ziplines that each range in duration. The location of the zipline is in a forest and guests will zip over gulches and ravines that are up to ninety feet deep as they make their way to the next zipline. The course also features an 'Indiana Jones' styles swinging bridge above the canyon and Maui's only pendulum zipline where guests will reach speeds up to 45 minutes per hour. This tour also provides guests with more information about the local area and various discussions about the local culture along with some very entertaining guides! Prior to departing on this tour, your guides will go over important safety information to ensure that everyone has a safe trip. All guests must meet the age and weight requirements for this tour and be able to walk on, at times, some uneven dirt paths/terrain and you can learn more about these restrictions below. Activities are refundable up until 72 hours prior to your activity date. Once the cancellation period has passed, refunds will not be issued for any reason unless the vendor determines a reason(s) that the activity is unable to operate. - If visiting the National Park, we generally recommend doing this trip before visiting the Park due to unpredictable travel times between the summit and zipline
- All guests must meet the age and weight requirements for the tour to ensure they are able to make it across the zipline safety
- If traveling with guests that want to come but not participate in the zipline, they can enjoy the small lavender farm next door
- This trip does not necessarily have the longest ziplines, though the ambiance and the overall experience is great for families, couples, or groups
- If bringing a camera for images and video, please ensure it has straps as the gulch is very deep and items can not be recovered if dropped
Private Tours are offered on this zipline course for up to 12 guests per zipline time. All guests must meet the age and weight requirements of the tour and the pricing remains the same regardless if you have twelve guests or not. Pricing includes guide gratuity and tax for all private tours and requires a seven-day notice of cancellation.
All reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until we are able to contact the vendor to request a booking. Displayed pricing includes applicable taxes. A four percent service fee will be added at check out. The vendor reserves the right to alter activity pending any adverse conditions for the safety of the guests, crew, and course. Tour departs rain or shine and the guides will determine if the course is not safe to be on in the event of weather.
