- Guests provide their own transportation to/from the Heliport located in Kahului
- Paid parking is offered at the Heliport for an additional fee. Guests are responsible to pay on own
- Rideshare & taxi can be harder to get at this location since it is an airport location
- Clothing that is solid and dark to avoid any reflections in the windows
- Camera for pictures & video: mobile phone or camera is great; no large bags
- Bring as little as possible on the flight and leave all valuables behind
- Please no large camera bags or purses on the flight due to limited space
- Sunglasses are nice to have along with a light cover-up since there is A/C on board

Tour Requirements
- The helicopter seats 6 guests maximum pending weights
- Each seat can hold a guest that is less than 240lbs
- Additional comfort seat to be purchase if 240lbs or more
- Availability depends on the combined weight of all guests onboard
- Guests weight are required to book all helicopter trips
Front Seat Upgrade
- Front Seat Upgrade is valid for 2 guests minimum & maximum
- Front seat upgrade has combined 380lbs maximum weight
- Weights are required in order to book the front seat upgrade
- Optional pilot gratuity can be provided after tour directly
- Parking fee is additional in cost and paid for at the Heliport before tour
- Upgrades such as photo/video packages can be purchased after the tour
- Standard tour does not include any photo packages from the tour operator
- Arrive at the Kahului Heliport 30 minutes prior to departure to check-in and park
- We will email you reminders and driving directions a few days prior to your trip
- It is not needed to print off any tickets/voucher as we will them directly to the vendor
Activities are refundable up until 72 hours prior to your activity date. Private charters require a seven-day notice of cancellation. Once the cancellation period has passed, refunds will not be issued for any reason unless the vendor determines a reason(s) that the activity is unable to operate.

- Rideshares can drop off here, but at times can be difficult to "pin" the location

Private charters are available for up to 6 guests. It is required to buy out all six seats regardless if your party has six or fewer guests. Upon booking, we will still require guests' weights as it is required to have each guest's weight to verify the helicopter weights can balance. All charter requests are subject to availability.
