Accommodation Lei Greeting Service  


This service is great for guests looking to be greeted directly at their accommodation with a lei greeting to start their vacation. Your greeter(s) will welcome to you to the property with fresh flower lei for each member of your party. Guests will be able to interact and take pictures with their greeter before entering their accommodation.  This service is valid for a 60 minute period of time from the accommodation arrival time and we will require guests to provide flight details to ensure that the greeter may track your flights.  Guests are responsible to communicate / update the greeter to in the even there are any delays upon arrival to Maui (ie rental car / grocery store  etc.).

General Inclusions

  • Local Lei greeter (1 minimum is required pending group size)
  • An additional greeter may be required for larger groups of guests
  • Each guests will receive a lei upon arrival to the indicated accommodation
  • Price valid for up to 60 minutes from the indicated arrival time to accommodation

Details On How to Reserve

  • 1 Lei Greeter is required (more may be required pending party size)
  • Indicate total number of guests receiving lei upon arrival
  • Provide accommodation location / name where the service is occurring
  • Provide us with the accommodation contact representative
  • Flight details are required to reserve so greeter can track flight for timing reasons
  • Pricing valid for 60 minute window of time only. Overage results in additional charge
  • Please ensure to factor in time to get a rental car, stop to eat, grocery shop, etc.
  • Delays that exceed 60 minutes from the indicated arrival time will require an additional hour to be purchased
  • Any overage in time will automatically result in +60 minutes being billed to your card on file (per greeter)
  • Guests are responsible to provide accurate flight & contact details upon submitting a request to book
  • State Tax is added to the cost at check out time. Optional gratuity can be provided directly to greeter
  • Verify check in time at your accommodation. We are not responsbile for the management of your accommodation and may not approve early check in on your behalf.
  • Service is typically about 15 minutes total duration to welcome guests and give each guest a lei. Greeter will leave after all guests receiving their lei
  • Guests are responsible to provide us with the correct address and accommdation manager name / contact. We must be able to notify the manager/owner of this service
  • Owner / Manager reserves the right to decline this service being offered at their accommodation pending the indicated rules for the property
  • After landing, guests must connect with the greeter to ensure they can be at your accommodation before you arrive. Please provide your mobile number at check out
  • A detailed email will be sent to you a few days before with all contact information

This activity requires a 2 week notice (or more) prior to your arrival date to receive a refund. Refunds are not issued to guest who cancel after the cancel period has passed.
