For guests looking for a rainforest adventure, this opportunity may be a perfect fit for you! Most who embark on this rappel tour do not have previous experience. Upon arrival, guests will meet in the private garden and will have access to changing room and rest rooms. The hike is about a half mile with 350 elevation change each way. After briefing and demonstration from your guides, you'll train to use your harness and rope on a ridge overlooking the valley. Rappel 40 to 100 foot jungle cliffside as well as 50 foot and 30 foot waterfalls into deep pools! Tour is done on 30 acre botanical garden.

Tour Requirements:
- All participants must have waist measurements between 22 and 48 inches
- Must weigh between 70 and 250 lbs
- Must be in good general health and have no neck or back issues
- Not appropriate for pregnant women, or people who use some medical devices or assistive equipment
- All guests must be able to speak and understand spoken English well, without an interpreter
- Gratuity is not included but always appreciated by the hardworking guides
- State Tax of 4.166% is added at check-out time
- Arrive 15 minutes early to park and to locate the facility / base yard to check in
All reservations must be cancelled by 72 hours prior to check in time during our office hours. In the event the guide determines there is reason why the trip cannot operate due to conditions, we may reschedule or refund accordingly. Guests are responsible to arrive on time to their scheduled activity as refunds are not issued to guests who miss their activity for any reason including, but not limited to, travel delays traffic, illness, etc. or for guests who do not meet the requirements. We go rain or shine. *Rappelling takes place in a rain forest. If streams are flooding, we rappel on dry cliffside drops of 40- to 115-feet at a safe distance from the water course.
